Notice to Landowners,

UPDATE 

BSSCS POA Annual Meeting Location Change

Due to the high chance of rain this weekend we are moving the Annual BSSCS POA meeting location from the shared well to the barn at  Gil & Margie Wheeler’s new place. There should be signs posted at the well help to guide, if needed.   If it is really wet, you may opt to park on the road coming to the barn and walk in, the black dirt tends to be very soft.  Please let the POA know if you have any questions.

Times for the meeting are:

12:00 - Food Available (Burgers and Hotdogs)
12:30 - Owner Sign-In
1:00 - POA Meeting

Annual BSSCS POA Fees

Annual BSSCS POA Fees are due January of each year.

Current Ranch Policy for Fees are as follows:

​30-days late a delinquent letter with option for payment plan will be mailed
60-days late a lien will be filed

Ranch Signs

We pass them every time we enter the ranch and they are posted at different locations around the ranch.  However when is the last time you actually stopped to look at them.  These signs provide key emergency phone numbers to include the Edwards County Sheriff, Game Warden, Border Patrol, EMS, Fire Department and even a link to this website.  They also make it very clear that there are NO hunting leases or day leases permitted.
